It's official! America it is!

After years of dreaming about living in an American city, the dream will be realised on August 28th, when I will move to San Francisco! Thanks must go to IEP for giving me the opportunity to gain my 1 year working visa in order to make this trip possible! I will meet my sister, Katie, in Orlando and travel around the States for 6 weeks before settling into life as an American. This blog will then be filled with everything I get up to over the ensuing 13 months...from the food I eat, places I go and people I meet. I'll try to be as informative as possible so if anyone wants to recreate any of these travel moments - it should be all spelled out! Before my departure, I am planning a themed American Keg Party at my flat to celebrate - so I'll post some pictures of me and my friends getting into the American spirit! If anyone has any helpful hints and tips on life or travelling in America, please let me know!!
